Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services of ODA Dynamic Tech Ltd, trading as Exirom ("Exirom", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Exirom provides payment infrastructure technology services including payment orchestration, checkout solutions, and related analytics. Exirom is a technology provider and does not hold a money license. We do not acquire merchants, hold funds, or process settlements on our own books.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for: maintaining necessary licenses for payment processing, complying with applicable laws and regulations, accurate configuration of their account settings, and securing API credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All Exirom technology, software, and documentation remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as described in their service agreement.

5. Data Protection

Exirom processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request for platform clients.

6. Service Availability

Exirom targets 99.99% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Specific uptime commitments and service credits are defined in individual client service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exirom's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or data breaches caused by Exirom's failure to maintain agreed security standards.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, unless otherwise agreed in the client service agreement.
