What we do
Exirom is neutral payment infrastructure for PSPs, PayFacs, platforms, and merchants working across providers, markets, payment methods, reporting, and reconciliation.
The role
This is a senior on-site role based in Limassol, Cyprus. You will own new business sales, partnerships, target segments, pipeline, senior payment conversations, and commercial input into market expansion.
What you will own
- Define commercial strategy and priority markets.
- Own pipeline, account strategy, proposals, negotiation, and forecasting.
- Build senior relationships with PSPs, PayFacs, platforms, enterprise merchants, and payment operators.
- Run conversations with executives, payment leaders, commercial teams, operations, product, risk, and technical stakeholders.
- Turn buyer and market feedback into practical input for product, partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market focus.
- Own the handoff from signed client to first-live volume.
We would like to hear from you if
- Proven senior commercial, sales, partnerships, or revenue leadership experience in payments, fintech, PSP, gateway, acquiring, PayFac, orchestration, or cross-border payments.
- Clear history of building pipeline, owning targets, and closing complex B2B payment or fintech deals with senior buyers.
- Strong industry network and ability to open trusted conversations with decision makers.
- Strong deal control: discovery, qualification, multi-stakeholder selling, negotiation, forecasting, CRM discipline, and executive follow-up.
- Comfortable building structure, sales materials, and deal discipline in a hands-on senior role.
