What we do
Exirom is neutral payment infrastructure for PSPs, PayFacs, platforms, and merchants working across providers, markets, payment methods, reporting, and reconciliation.
The role
This role sits between market, customer, and product. You will own roadmap priorities, study regions and verticals, understand local payment expectations and provider gaps, and decide what Exirom should build next with leadership, revenue, operations, and engineering.
What you will own
- Research new markets, verticals, payment methods, providers, competitors, local payment requirements, and buyer workflows.
- Build and own the product roadmap based on market research, client needs, payment trends, and commercial priorities.
- Turn research into clear product requirements for routing, checkout, provider integrations, authorization performance, reporting, reconciliation, and risk controls.
- Work with revenue and leadership on positioning, launch priorities, and product packaging for new markets.
- Define and monitor product and payment performance metrics across conversion, reliability, provider performance, and operational scalability.
- Make senior trade-off calls across speed, reliability, compliance, provider limitations, client commitments, and long-term platform quality.
We would like to hear from you if
- Proven senior product experience in payments, fintech, PSP, gateway, acquiring, PayFac, orchestration, or related B2B platforms.
- Strong market research skills across regions, verticals, competitors, payment methods, buyer needs, and commercial opportunities.
- Experience building product roadmaps from discovery through delivery, launch, feedback, and iteration.
- Good understanding of payment flows, provider integrations, checkout, routing, reconciliation, reporting, risk, and merchant operations.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering on API-driven payment infrastructure, provider integration behavior, callbacks, retries, 3DS, failover, and edge cases.
- Ability to work with sales, leadership, clients, and engineering and turn market insight into practical product and GTM decisions.
